G2G: was Greyfield wood in Highlittleton, Som. named after the Grevilles?

There is a possibility that Littleton was the name of the Littleton Manor in Surrey and Greyfield was where the wife of Greville was buried.. One of the Greville brothers married into this Littleton manorial family and they had property and land across Somerset. Another Greville had Moorlands in Somerset.

These Greville's were the Baronial cadet branch of the Earls of Warwick. Baron Greville had swathes of land across Somerset and of course it was Algernon Fulke Greville who married Mary Somerset the daughter of Lord Arthur Somerset.

I've read it up and I can't see any connection. Of course, the Earls of Warwick were the landowners and built cottages, but Greyfield seems a perfectly reasonable name without that particular connection. Still, you could be right.
