The parish register of the marrriage on 8 June 1741 Leeds St Peter gives noth Saluel and Rachel as coming from Ackworth.

Both are buried at St Cuthbert Ackworth Rachel in 1772 Sanuel in 1789. From that Samuel was born, as you say, 1715 and Rachel was also born 1715.

I've looked through the records of Ackworth for 1714-16 but can't find either, there is a Rachel whose father looks like Grook or Crook. But they are very muddled and difficult to read.
