G2G: Alice Hatred of Hertfordshire 16th C

Question

Has anyone any information on the Hatred/Hattred family of Hertfordshire? Alice Hatred married John Hawkins 23 Jul 1575 at Saint Pauls Walden,Hertfordshire,England. I have found reference to others of this surname in Codicote and Benington, but there is absolutely nothing on the internet about them.

Hi Susan,

I found the record of their marriage on Find My Past, and could see the original marriage banns record. It seems Alice was a widow and John a widower when they married. Unfortunately I can't copy/paste the entry from the record, and those pertinent details are not on the transcription :(

Sorry It is not of much help to find her original family.
