They owned 2 guns and were living on 9 arpents of cultivable land with 8 cattle , 5 sheep, and 10 hogs.

Second, in 1686, at Port Royal, Marie, aged 25, was living with her parents, Pierre TIBAUDEAU [sic], aged 55, and Jeanne TERRIOT [sic], aged 43, and her 13 siblings: Marie, aged 23, Marie, aged 21, Catherine [recte Marie Catherine], aged 19, Anne-Marie, aged 16 [recte 20], Pierre, aged 16, Jeanne, aged 14, Jean, aged 13, Antoine, aged 12, Pierre, aged 10, Michel, aged 8, Cecille [sic], aged 6, Anne Marie, aged 4, and Claude, aged 2. The DNA Confirmation Tool needs to be used in this atDNA triangulation as it is an insufficient confirmation. There is not a reference to how any of the testees are related to Jeanne Theriot or to each other. Also, the DNA Confirmation tool only goes up to the 8th great grandparents level. The formatting of the atDNA confirmation does not meet WikiTree standards.

DNA: Maternal relationship is confirmed, Jeanne Thériot aka Theriault is a common ancestor, by a triangulated group consisting of Kevin Paul Morales GEDmatch M579136, Barbara Ann Mageau GEDmatch A713327and Kevin Charles Lajiness GEDmatch M658673 sharing segment on chromosome 20 from 12930672 - 34674266 (19.5089 cM) Overlap with previous match 16540474 - 34674266

This is an example of a triangulation correctly represented on WikiTree using the DNA Confirmation Tool.

Paternal and Maternal relationships are both confident based on a triangulated group on GEDmatch who share a 9.1 cM segment on chromosome 22, consisting of Audrey Lee Crockett, GEDmatch kit # TB1558976, and Terry Hardesty, her 8th cousin, GEDmatch kit # KM5684025, and Mary Cameron, her 8th cousin, GEDmatch kit # A330762. (Terry and Mary are 8th cousins.) Their most-recent common ancestors are Thomas Marshall and Martha Sherwood, the 7x great grandparents of both Audrey Lee Crockett and Terry Hardesty and 7x great grandparents of Mary Cameron.

Thank you for adding a DNA confirmation statement to this profile. Please read these details from the triangulation instructions which explain that you cannot mark the relationship to the MRCAs ‘confirmed with DNA’: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Triangulation#Do_you_include_the_MRCA.3F

(Her mother, Jean Theriot-100 is the MRCA.) I’ve changed the ‘confirmed with DNA’ entry on this profile to ‘confident’ for you. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thibodeau-31 and Thibodeaux-25 do not represent the same person because: These two appear to be sisters, married to different men and having different children.

I just found that their dtr Francoise was married on 16 Feb 1711 and both parents were deceased at that time... therefore the date of death for both should be a "before" date. I have made changes.

Thibodeaux-190 and Thibodeaux-25 appear to represent the same person because: This appears to be a duplicate, I just don't have a date and place of death for comparison.

This Marie was not married to anyone but Antoine Landry. I removed the extra spouse. Would a manager please change her last name at birth to Thibodeau so we can move forward?
