G2G: Are there any sources for the heiress of William Twyford of Sharrow Hall?

Joseph Hunter's Familiae Minorum Gentium ( https://archive.org/details/familiaeminorumg01hunt/page/429/mode/2up ) states that Thomas Gregson's wife was Ann daughter and heiress of William Twyford of Sharrow Hall (Thurvaston, Derbyshire), through whom the Gregsons came to own Sharrow Hall. Thomas Gregson's will names his wife as Elizabeth, and Elizabeth's own will claims his children as her own. Is there any evidence for an earlier marriage to Ann Twyford, or any primary evidence for the name of William Twyford's daughter?

Dates?

Sorry - sometime in the 1500s. I should also have added that there is a Derbyshire Record Office catalogue entry for "Note concerning Sharrow Hall [near Thurvaston] and the ?Swyfords" dated 14 Oct 1547, https://calmview.derbyshire.gov.uk/calmview/Record.aspx?src=CalmView.Catalog&id=D77%2f3%2f16%2f3&pos=1 which might shed some light, but I can't get to Matlock at the moment to view it.

Thank you for working on this, Stephen. --Gene
