Hi, I am researching a Shannon line from Virginia/Tennessee. These are my wife's ancestors. I have information from family that Samuel Shannon Jr. (Shannon-2141) was born 1780 to a Samuel Sr, and whose grandfather is Thomas. The dates match up with this profile of Shannon-80. But on find a grave, I found 2 children both named Samuel with 2 different birth dates (one about 1769/1770, and linked to Shannon-80, and mine in 1780, and both lived a full life). And that would also mean Samuel born 1780 would have a 55 y.o. mother at birth. seems unlikely. do you have any information that would clarify?
