G2G: Charlotte Esther (Neville) Parker: Daughter of John Neville and Sarah Major?

I am fairly sure that Charlotte Neville's parents were John Nevill/Neville and Sarah Major. Sources and family records indicate that a branch of the Neville family moved from Halifax to the Granville Ferry, NS area. Further, both Charlotte and her daughter Charlotte's middle name was Esther, the given name of John Major's mother, Esther (Bryzelius) Neville, uncommon in Nova Scotia at that time.

If anyone on WikiTree is familiar with records in the Granville Ferry/Annapolis Royal area in the early 1800s, I would appreciate any help (and sources) to either prove or disprove Charlotte's parentage.  Thank you.

Canada Census, 1871: George Neville, his wife, Caroline, and a son, Edward. They were living in Annapolis County, Nova Scotia in 1871.

Thank you Stewart; Census records are really helpful in confirming the family group.  By looking through the adjacent Census pages you can plot neighbours on an old map and draw info on possible family/marriage and business connections from that time frame. Also, I've found compelling info to confirm family ties by looking at the Witnesses of Marriage registrations and bonds.
