Hi, in the first record (Jan Vích), the father (Otec) column says:
Josef Wich, chalupník, syn Josefa a Magdaleny, rozena Waclaw Smolík, sedláka z [?].
english: Josef Wich (Vích), cottager, son of Josef and Magdalena born [daughter of] Waclaw (Václav) Smolík, farmer from [?].
Not 100% sure about the name Smolík but it's a real Czech last name and I found people with the name who live in the area on Google so it seems to match! Unfortunately I couldn't figure out his place of origin, it seems to start with Ko- or Ro- and then the last line looks like "chlumu" - I wasn't able to find any good matches for this, the geographically closest I found was Chlum u Hořic (https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlum_(Ho%C5%99ice)) but I have no idea if that's correct, sorry - I'm not familiar with this region of the country so I don't feel confident in guessing place names at all, haha.
The mother (Matka) column:
Františka dcera Waclawa Heymana sedlaka panstvi Miličews[kého] a Barbory rozeny Seiffertowy též odtamtud z Tuřy
Františka daughter of Waclaw (Václav) Heyman (Hejman), farmer of the manor of Milíčeves, and Barbora born Seiffert, too from Tuř
("též odtamtud" means both of them are from the same place)
In the birth record for Františka Xaveria, the Otec column says:
Josef Vich, chalupník, syn Josefa a matky Mag. rozeny po + Josef Smolikowi sedlaka z [?]
Josef Vich, cottager, son of Josef and mother Mag[dalena] born after Josef Smolík farmer from [?]
The + sign in front of Josef Smolík's name means he was deceased at the time the record was written. Again I can't figure out the location here, sorry :/
The Matka column:
Františka, dcera Waclawa Heimana familianta z Tuřy panství Milíčowského, a matky Barbory, rozeny po Josef Seiffrowi familiantowi z Tuřy
Františka, daughter of Waclaw (Václav) Heiman, familiant from Tuř, manor Milíčeves, and mother Barbora, born after Josef Seiffr familiant from Tuř
I don't know exactly how to translate "familiant" but it's a term for a hereditary tenant of land - so it's not really an occupation but more of a societal standing term. Also there's a slight difference in Barbora's father's name between the two records - the first one says "Seiffertowy" = "Seiffert" and this one has "Seiffrowi" which could be either "Seiffr" or "Seiffer". From looking at a name density map on kdejsme.cz I think the correct version is Seiffert, contemporarily written as Seifert - I couldn't really find anyone with the version without the -t at the end.
Hope this helped at least a little bit, but this period is honestly the most tricky for reading - the font is often very small and a lot of letters look similar, so it's very possible I made some mistakes haha.
