It looks like you created a WikiTree account with the ID Fox-10791 in 2017 and used that account to create a profile for your father at Fox-10792. Your old account is on the Trusted List for your father's profile, but your new account probably isn't, which is preventing you from approving the merge or editing the profile at all because it is set to private.
In order to fix this, you will need to have admin merge your new account into your old one. To do this, send an email to the address listed under number 2 here and tell them that you created the account Fox-27989 without realizing that you already had an account at Fox-10791 and need to get them merged. After that, you should easily be able to merge the two profiles for your father.
