There is a Westbrook family in upstate - Chemung, New York - with childfren Helen and Bernard.  Familysearch.org has many census and other records on this family, but you didn't ask a question here so not sure what you are looking for.  Parents are Hartley Westbrook b. Dec 1871 and Eva (possibly Rorick) Westbrook b. Feb. 1875.  Use the free search tool at https://familysearch.org/ - to plug in names/dates/locations to find more.
