G2G: Is Thomas Curtiss-121 the correct father for Anna Curtis?

There seems to be a problem on either the profile for Anna Curtis-110 (1671-1720) or her father Thomas Curtiss-121(1619-1648). If he died in 1648 she could not have been born in 1671. Is she attached to the wrong father? Is her birthdate wrong? Is his death date wrong?

No, I've put a bio on Anna and her correct father. Abigail is not the daughter of this father either. At least according to the Curtis/s Family society. They rely heavily on a book (Harold Everdell Curtis, Descendants of Thomas (1), Richard (1) and William (1) Curtis of Scituate, Mass. - 1638) that I've never seen although I have no reason to doubt it's accuracy.

It is an incredibly complicated family with lots of misinformation

Do you know if there is book for the Curtiss/Curtis's of Rhode Island? It might help me get through a wall.

I do not know off hand if there is a book but if you want me to look someone up at the Curtis's Soc. let me know who, birth and death dates or spouse would be helpful.
