Here's an obituary for a Perry Stephen Slack, son of Perry and Marion (Belongia) Slack.  b. 4/18/1945, d. 4/19/2015, m. Dianne L. Bennett, 1983 in Green Bay.  Two children from a previous marriage - Jennifer and Daniel.  Two grandchildren - Owen & Haley Slack.  A brother George with wife, Carol.  Two half-sisters, Cindy & Belle.  

Preceded in death by his parents, a brother Joseph, a sister Mary Cloud, a half-brother William Slack.
