First Marriage to David Harvey Hatton  (1781-1866)

I saw this and I thought I could help.  I went to Ancestry.com and that is when I realize that this Sarah Hatton did not marry a Burgess. I think they have this Sarah messed up with another Sarah Burgess b. 1786 or 1780 because I did find a Sarah Burgess who married a Jeremiah Cornwall. I also found another Sarah Burgess b. 1788 born in Va but is living in Ky in 1850. There is also a Sarah Burgess b. 1785 South Carolina and andother Sarah Burgess married a Floyd Shannon, and a Sarah Rogers who married a Thomas Burgess who had a child named Ann R Bush. Mo.

I do this someone added the Burgess name by mistake and I can only find a Sarah Burget who married a David Hatton who's father is Jacob Burget b. 1750 -1805 and Sarah Munson b. 1744-  died unk.  

Who put the name Burgess on there, I don't know but they should know who the person is if they did marry a Burgess. But my guess, I did not find any thing related to Sarah Hatton that she in fact did marry a Burgess.

Nancy that information was on the Hatton family tree, I just needed someone to verify it not being true, I'm going to take Burgess off , the reason I was concerned with the Burgess name is my sister is a Burgess and I was going to find that connection if it was true, if you have the information on Jacob Burget and wife will you send it, I'm going to add them, Thanks for helping

Nancy how many children did David Burget and Sarah have on the 1850 Census I see David Burget with 24 year old Nelson Burget and Tamiami Burget 19, then I go on a few trees and see a long list of Children, I was going to add them but I would like a second opinion,  Thanks

I also meant to tell you that if you go thru google.com and put Simon Burkett B. 1730 at the top, or you could put Valentine Burgett b. 1745 Virginia in at the top, then you will get a lot more information. The Burketts have already been researched and she lists all the Burketts including Jacob Burgett b. 1750 and please scroll down the page as it does get interesting.  If you are needing more help, please let me know;  Nancy
