can anyone tell me with certainty if my grandfather Emmett Herman Rardin Was biologically related to his mother and father or not. it just strikes me as odd that i can't locate much about him.. I have his death certificate. but no birth certificate is to be found. found one for each of his brothers. but no birth certificate for him, nor can i find a marriage license for his marriage to Mayme Grimes (not sure that's even her legal name).. for the rest of the Rardin brothers i can find those things. easily. but for some reason i cannot find it for Emmett. to say i'm frustrated over this is a MAJOR understatement. i really need a definitive to this question.
