I wish I could give you a simple answer. I did a combination of cut-and-paste, and editing. Do you know how to get the cut-and-paste version of the census on FamilySearch? It still doesn't come out perfectly for me, and in this case, since the census headings didn't show, I added the dashes and a couple of extra words to "explain" some of the data.
For example, I added the words "age" before the ages, and I added the words "born about" before the year given. FamilySearch will give you an estimated year of birth when you cut and paste their transcripts -- but they are strictly calculated by subtracting the age from the census year, and can be off + or - a year.
When I add this type of information to a Wikitree profile, I put a " : " (colon) in front of the names when I want each person to have their own line. Otherwise, Wikitree just puts it all in an unorganized long sentence. I'm trying to learn "tables", which would put the census in a more census-looking format, but I pretty much forget how to do it every time, so it's a work in progress.
That's probably way more than you wanted to know (or way less). Let me know if I got anywhere close to answering what you really wanted to know.
