Hello all! I'm trying to find out information about my Abuelo's grandfather.
His father was Ángel Rodriguez Morales from Coamo, Puerto Rico. He was the son of Justina Morales Saldaña and her husband Isidoro Bonilla who are both from Coamo. However, Isidoro was not his biological father. Justina found a lover and that his real father was a Quiterio Rodríguez y Rivera also from Coamo, though he never recognized his son or maybe he did not know...
Well I did some research and found a Celso Quiterio Rodriguez Rivera from el barrio Pueblo in Coamo which is the same neighborhood Justina was from. Once I added him to my tree, a cousin contacted me and we spoke about our families for a bit. But the other day, she contacted me saying that she and her cousin, Celso's granddaughter believed that Celso did not father my great grandfather and instead she gave me another Quiterio Rodriguez from Coamo and his father's name. But this is when the confusing part happens, Quiterio does not have any family on Ancestry so I can't confirm it's him. But Celso Rodriguez does have family members on ancestry DNA and one of his granddaughters matched with me. I looked at her page and it said that we shared 119 cMs in 6 segments. (I'm assuming Celso is my 2nd great grandfather) So now, I'm confused whether I have the right man!
