This all started when I tried to add the birth date for her father, Jonathan Wyman, as stated by the site manager. The site did not allow me to add the death date as 1774, even though I'm certain of that death date, because Phebe Wyman's birth date was after the father's death date (Abt. 1780). In the interest of the site integrity and in order to send a note to the site manager, I did some research on Phebe (Wyman) Brooks.
I found a newspaper article which is the photo attached to the profile. It's very small but it's there. The newspaper article says, (a person matching the name) Mrs. Phebe Brooks (same spelling of the first name), wife of Caleb Brooks, died on 17 Jun 1806 at age 40. The site manager stated thatshe, Phebe Wyman married Caleb Brooks on 20 Nov 1800 and has a source for this but not birth, death date for either Phebe or her husband Caleb. I did a search and found the article. In addition to the article I found an ancestry site that had her name, same year of death, name of her parents.
On the Ancestry site, her birth date is stated at 20 Nov 1765, daughter of Paul Wyman b. 21 Jun 1735 Woburn, Mass. d. 9 Mar 1803 Woburn, Mass. and Lucy White b. 5 Dec 1736 Watertown, Middlesex, Mass, USA d. 4 Nov 1774. Phebe's birth date of 20 Nov 1765 is 40 yrs before her death. Note that she died at 40 as stated in the newspaper article. This may be purely coincidental, but she married on her birthday, 20 Nov.
I also couldn't find any evidence or sources that indicate that Jonathan Wyman and Abigail Wright had a daughter named Phebe. There are also no descendants for Phebe on her site.
I have since changed the birth and death date to what I believe it should be but I've left the rest alone.
