I'm not sure there is a connection. The name Viney-Evans was used by Mary Anne's brother John but did not have any solid history, being merely a combination of his parents' surnames. Some histories on the internet give Mary Anne's place of birth as Tongwynlais, Wales but she always stated it to be Exeter, Devon and all her traceable family appear to have been born in the West Country.
