G2G: Can somebody familiar with research in Germany link together two brothers from Lippe?

Question

Bernhard Theodor Teutwart Althaus (Althaus-19) and Philipp Bernhard Friedrich Theodor Wilhelm August Althaus (Althaus-162) are both sons of Friedrich Georg Althaus and Julie Auguste Christiane Draeseke. Althaus-19 is already connected to the main tree, but Althaus-162 is not. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with research in Germany or the correct place names to use, so I'm not comfortable creating profiles for their parents to link them together. Would somebody with the appropriate skills be able to add one or both parents please (and change their birth locations to the correct names for the time period)?
