I found the parents of Aaron Egalph Capp. I got the information from the Perry Historians in Newport, PA.

His father was Henry A. Kapp b.26-Dec-1820 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD., d.7-Nov-1887 in Shermansdale, Carroll Twp., Perry Co., PA., married Elizabeth Hager b.Dec-1818 in unknown place, d.29-Apr-1901 in Falling Springs, Perry Co., PA.

Michael Kapp, Jr. b.1786 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD., d.24-Oct-1823 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD., married 24-Aug-1808 in Hagerstown, MD to Mary Lorshbaugh b.15-Jan-1785 in Lancaster, Lancaster Co., PA, d.24-Oct-1855 in Pleasant Valley, Carroll Co., MD.

George Michael Kapp b.24-Nov-1745 in Heidelberg Twp., Lancaster Co., PA., d.17-Sep-1804 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD.(note: Heidelberg Twp. is now in Lebanon/Berks Counties, PA.), md.unknown date to Maria Catharina Neff b.16-Jul-1747 in Heidelberg Twp., Lancaster Co., PA., d.13-Sep-1833 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD.

The 1860 census (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MXRL-K2C) shows Henry Capp with wife Elizabeth and 11 children, including infant Aaron, in Spring Township, Perry, Pennsylvania. Perhaps Henry named one of his children after his parents, and that might be a clue to further research?
