G2G: What is Mary Ann Leeds (nee Smiley)'s death date and place?

I need help finding the death date and place for Mary Ann Leeds (nee Smiley). She was the daughter of John T. Smiley and Sarah Smiley (nee Bryan). She married Thomas J. Leeds in 1865 in Georgetown, Ohio. She appeared as late as 1900 on the U.S. census, but disappears from record afterwards.

She does have a find a grave memorial with no image of stone it appears same cemetery as husband with no date of death. Interesting

Edit: the stone of her husband is possibly next to her stone but a volunteer would need to visit to photo the stone
