G2G: Manchester-393: who were her parents & when was her birth date

Question

In 1776, in Tisbury, Massachusetts, Rhoda Manchester married Isaac Cottle.   Can someone clarify Rhoda's parents' names, birthdate, and birth location.

In The History of Martha's Vineyard, Dukes County, Massachusetts (Edgarton, Massachusetts: Dukes County Historical Society; 1923), vol. 3, p. 282, Charles Edward Banks states that her father was Thomas Manchester (ca. 1726-10/13/1787) and her mother (based on family tradition but not established) was Eunice Norton.
