Looking to figure out who the biological father is of these two brothers from Salford. What does John's middle name 'D' stand for? There is a link to a butchers family from Conran Street Market and living on Cheetham Hill.

I can some up with two possible pairs:

John Richardson and Elizabeth A Lloyd married Bolton 1920

John H Richardson and Gwendoline Lloyd married Cardiff 1926

It more or less has to be one of them since the mother's maiden name was Lloyd.

Hi Martin, thanks for this, my question wasn't clearly put so I've altered it. I have the brothers connection (my grandfather and gr-uncle), I'm looking to figure out who their dad is.

Many thanks!

The only George Richardson in Salford in 1911 that fits the bill is an out of work blacksmith aged 17. He and a bevy of siblings were living with a couple called Holmes.

I note that the birth entries on FreeBMD for David & John have been registered under both PARRY & RICHARDSON, which would seem to indicate their parents were not married at the time of their births.
