Recommend initiate the merge, then after 30 days follow the unresponsive profile manager procedure.

You do not need to be on the trusted list to add more children.  Sorry, profile is set to private, so you do.  Same is true to add mother.

I am working on this problem right now and PM Jean Chivers-282 has been responding from a gmail address.

When I look at HER profile history, it says that PM Wayne Wilkins-4200 created her profile.

The wikitree computer system recognizes us from our email address, so the PM has to use the same email address they signed up with. If you update the email address for Jean Chivers-282, then they will receive the trusted list request to click on.
