the trial was John C Hooper and Daniel Parker in Jackson County, North Carolina around 1858, John got lose from Jail and was long gone never to be heard of again,  so they say I don't know if this is that John C Hooper or not , I just didn't know what to add, Thanks

Was it the information about John C Hooper shooting Daniel Parker,  and then he got lose from Jail and never heard of again,  believe to have went to Missouri to live or is this rumors? 150 years later I maybe nosing in to something I shouldn't but I'm interested,  I'm kin to both these men , it's strange but my Parker Grandmother and my Hooper Grandmother their fathers both moved to Piedmont S.C about the same time one was D Monroe Parker the other one D Welborn Hooper,  now I can't pick a side
