G2G: information on thomas dearmond tipton living 1900 emmaus arkansas?

Question

I believe Thomas DeArmond Tipton was a postmaster at Mt. Lebanon, Ar near New Edinburg and was a captain in the Union Army as well as a Methodist Preacher in Arkansas.  He was my grandmother Lillie Lois Tipton Moseley's father or grandfather.

Looks like Lillie was the daugher of Benjamin, Benjamin was the son of Thomas D and (Alice) Caroline (?maiden name Ray) Tipton.  Thomas is listed as widowed Preacher in the 1900 AR Census.
