well, working up the line, I find Émélie Vigeant, minor daughter of Joseph Vigeant and of Marguerite Patenaude, marrying Joseph Barré, minor son of Jean Baptiste Barré and Catherine Arbec, on 30 Sept 1856 in Pointe-Olivier (St-Mathias), all being residents of St-Mathias sur Richelieu.

After that the family doesn't show any more entries. presumably they went south, although there might be more baptisms which are simply not indexed, this is around the cut-off date for published indexing of.such in Drouin.
I suspect there may be a generation missing in your tree, your Joseph A is said to be around 30 in 1910. Unless there is another Joseph A born around 1880 to Émélie and Joseph (who married in 1856), then something doesn't jive. It's entirely possible that there is indeed another one born to them, they're both listed as minors on their marriage record, so would be physically possible for Émélie. But you'll have to dig in US records for that,
Check if you can find them on 1871 census anywhere.
