The Moytoy family tree, found all over the internet, is an unsourced mess. Most of the claims were made in order to connect Thomas Pasmere Carpenter to the Cherokee while pulling in a Shawnee element. Most of the claims are unprovable. Genealogy standards do not change because the going gets tough.
