Where can I find "The Bressler/Pressler Family of Niederhochstadt/Pfalz and Berks County,Pa."?

Question

Does anyone know how I can get a hold of a copy of "The Bressler/Pressler Family of Niederhochstadt/Pfalz and Berks County,Pa." by Elizabeth Bressler Bunting?

I've been able to trace my family to that area and have found many citations from that book, but I'd like to be able to read through it myself. I am specifically interested in the George Simon Breßler (b. 2 April 1722  d.12 Nov 1802) and Anna "Barbara Unruh family.

I ended up emailing them and requesting a printed copy of just that article. They sent me a booklet with that and a few other articles in it. I think they charged me about $15 for it, including shipping.

The Family History Library in Salt Lake City has a copy.

WorldCat shows that this was first published in the Pennsylvania Geanealogical Magazine in 1992.
