G2G: Does anyone have any PROOF who George Langton's (LANGTON-110) father was and if he was born in Hertsfordshire?

I had seen in other genealogy web sites that George's father was Jacques Nathaniel Langdon, the grandson of a French Huguenot, But I have not seen a source listing.  However, since doing more investigation, getting DNA, and talking to people in the UK, etc.  It appears that maybe this is a mistake.  I am going to split Jacques from George for the moment and continue looking for PROOF of a source so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.  By the way If any Landon has traced back to Jacque, the Huguenot, I would like to contact you.  Maybe we can be of assistance to each other.

The DNA appears to point to a Langton Village, near Malton, Yorkshire.
