G2G: Harriet Tubman is an active wikitree member?

I was looking to add Harriet Tubman to the tree and found this profile: Tubman-1  It looks like someone created her tree already, but has it marked private as their own tree.  Not sure what to do about that.  I understand having private trees, but not for publicly notible, historical persons.    So if I want to publicly add Harriet Tubman's family to the tree, what should I do? Create a new profile for her?  This one doens't seems useable since it is tied to a person's account.

Also, her maiden name should be Ross. Tubman was her married name.

What about the private profiles for father, mother, husband, descendant of Harriet Tubman ?  Circa 1844 she married John Tubman, 1869 she married Nelson Davis, in 1874 they adopted baby Gertie.
