I have had a copy of this book - it belonged to my grandmother - and now I can't find it.  I am trying to track down my ggg grandmothers parents and believe there might be some information in this book regarding her and my ggg Grandfather.

Dang Partiarchy!  I need my Matriarchy!  DNA!

Please yell if you do!  Thanks, Mags

Mags, If you don't get a response from someone who has a personal copy of the book, 128 US libraries hold one or more copies of its nine editions. Just let me know where you're located and I can give you the addresses of those closest to you. Patrick

Canada!  LOL

Oh! That's too bad! There's nothing even close to the border except for a few in Wisconsin or New York. Sorry! Although as an ultimate recourse perhaps some kind soul in the US might be willing to perform library research.

Thanks very much Maria!  Now that you found that, could you come and scour my basement for my copy?  LOL,  maybe I should penny-up and just get a new copy, eh?  Mags

LOL,   Only if you pay for my flight from Scotland.   Try saying " Saint Anthony guide."  He's the patron saint of lost things !!   Works for me sometimes.

Okay, I have a copy of Sketches of Rabun County History right here!  What do you want to know?  (It's only been 3 years since you asked.)
