Looking for sources of this civil war veteran of the 106th New York Company F. Does he have a gravestone?

ABARE, EDWARD.—Age, 19 years. Enlisted, August 12, 1862, at Brasher, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. F, August 27,1862; promoted corporal, June 1, 1865; mustered out with company, June 22, 1865, near Washington, D . C .

Now we at least have some sources we can use to show he served etc. I wonder if he does have a gravestone? I checked find a grave didn’t find any for him listed 


I created his profile as we can move forward with connecting him and adding sources. The 106th N.Y. Is a growing category smiley


Follow up as I was researching found his obit buried at Crystal Lake cemetery. The LNAB in obit is “Abar”

Father is from Canada so the last name spelling is probably French and possibly spelled differently
