G2G: Any body know About the 18th Century Gray family of the Isle of Wight, UK

Question

In particular Richard Gray died 12th April 1813 in Vittlefield, Isle of Wight. He Married Sarah Gosden Young 1756-1830 of Quarry Farm, Isle of Wight and his descendents, in particular Isaac Gray ended up in Coatsburg, Illinois.   The Grey/Gray/de Grey family are abundant on mainland uk and Isle of Wight so this is quite a tall order.  Any help useful.   How do they link to the Grey/Gray family on the mainland UK?
