It was proposed in March, approved at one end, default-approved at the other.  Ready to go.

You can't trust the date-stamp.  Many things can update it.  Looking at a completable merge without completing it seems to be one of them.  The only way to find the status of a merge is to go hunting for it in the pending merges list.
