We wrote to you about the changes in the Profile Improvement Project (PIP) a couple of weeks ago. If you would like to continue with the Project, we can place you in the Biography Team, Level 1 where you can work on improving profiles from your own watchlist to Level 1 of the Profile Standards.
We would like to hear from you with any ideas or suggestions. If you do not wish to participate in the Project, please let us know. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days we will remove you from the Project, but we will welcome you back at any time.
Sincerely,
Debi Hoag and Robin Shaules Co-Leaders, Profile Improvement Project
Sorry I missed this info, but happy to be assigned to level 1 of the Profile Improvement Project. Thanks!
The Profile Improvement Project (PIP) is performing its first annual check-in with our project members. We are in the process of transitioning to a team structure. There will be three participant PIP Teams to start -- The Maintenance Category Team, the Unknowns Team, and the Biography Team. There is also the Voyage Team who guide new Voyagers. See the Profile Improvement Project Teams for a brief outline of each team. Please let us know which team(s) you would like to participate in.
For those of you who joined the Project before the Voyage started in late 2018, we would like to invite you to consider a "fast track" Voyage, especially if you plan to join the Biography Team. If you’re interested, choose a profile that you have completed to the best of your ability and compare it to the Voyage Biography Standards. If you’re at Level 2 or better, include a link to the profile in your response to this check-in for a “fast track” review.
We would also like to invite you to join the email GoogleGroup and text chat Discord channel for our project. (When you request to join our GoogleGroup, please be sure to include your Wiki ID). You will find more information on the GoogleGroup.
We thank you for all you do to help the Profile Improvement Project and WikiTree. The Project’s mission is to:
We know you’re working on profiles *smile* We would like to hear about successes you’ve had toward the Project’s goals. We would also appreciate any feedback you might have to help us improve the Project. Please share your thoughts in a reply to this comment or privately via private message to either of us.
Sincerely,
Debi Hoag and Robin Shaules Co-Leaders, Profile Improvement Project

Thank you for contributing to the November Sourcerers Challenge! As you know, every source added to an unsourced profile improves our One Tree. Thank you for taking time from your own family history to help others.
I noticed that you have been using the Challenge Tracker track changes during the last few month's Sourcerers' Challenge. Please consider officially joining us for the Sourcerers' Challenge. You can find information, including how to join, on the Sourcerers Project page. To get directly to the current G2G thread, here's the August Challenge thread.
No pressure, every profile with a source makes our WikiTree better. Your work will continue to be included on the Tracking Sheet even if you do not register.
Your work is appreciated. Thanks for sourcing!
Debi - Sourcerers' Challenge Facilitator
I noticed that you corrected the LNAB on Ruth Fox. Can you please add a source to support the change?
Thanks, Laura
I did actually, please see U.S., Find A Grave Index 1600s-Current: NAME Ruth Lorrayne Fox Manlove BIRTH 5 Aug 1923 DEATH 7 Dec 2016 (aged 93) BURIAL Siloam Chapel Cemetery Mendon, Chariton County, Missouri, USA MEMORIAL ID 71762851 · View Source URL: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/71762851/ruth-lorrayne-manlove
I did the merge after finding the Source above so I may not show up on the new ID number but rather on the merged profile. Ruth was on the WikiTree Suggestions (errors) report.
Got a question, see this page:https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Space:Integrators_Project_Challenge_Outline and .... https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Integrators_Challenge#How_the_Challenge_Works
Thank you and Good Luck!! Dorothy, Integrators Project Coordinator.
We're sad to inform you that the Black Sheep Project is being dissolved. All BSP's subprojects will be moved in pieces under the Notables Project as categories and perhaps as Teams, depending on interest. Witch Trials will become a subproject of Notables.
Your BSP project member badge will soon be removed. If you'd like to join the Notables project, please let one of us know and we'll get you a Notables badge.
Please email either of us if you have any questions and if you'd like to join the Notables project.
Thanks, Susan McNamee & Traci Thiessen ~co-leaders, Black Sheep Project
Hi Sandra
Thank you for participating in the Data Doctor weekly Challenge - for Orphan profiles. Every suggestion you cleared made our Tree that much better. The Data Doctor Team and the WikiTree community appreciates the work you are doing. Look forward to seeing join us for the next challenge.

Thanks for the email. I don't really have anything to do with FAG memorials or the research that was done by their creators.
All I did was add a day and month to year of death as it was indicated missing from a Suggestions Report. Please feel free to remove it if it doesn't line up with your own research.
Consider contacting FAG about the two profiles and see if they can resolve the duplication.
Sincerely, Sandra.
Thank you so much for responding to our check-in. We are delighted that you wish to continue contributing to the Black Sheep Project. Below is a quick checklist for active members. The project leaders would like you to make sure you have done the following:
1) Checked the Project Page for ways to contribute.
2) Added BLACK_SHEEP to the tags you follow.
Thank you!
Deb ~ Volunteer Coordinator
It has been a few weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Black Sheep Project and as we haven't heard from you, we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member.
We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know.
If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.
Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it.
Deb ~ Volunteer Coordinator
