the profile for Henry Adams has the following message

Is there a reason or can it be removed?

I think those sort of statements were added many years ago, long before I got involved in the EuroAristo project.  Maybe it was added because there are internet fantasies that this branch of the Adams family were related to gentry/nobility?

Whatever the reason I think it can be removed.

Thank you John!

Thank you from me also John

Well, if not nobility or gentry, there was a Squire in this person's ancestry!  (Just attempting a bit of humor...)

The statement was added in the antediluvian period when the PGM project didn't exist, and profiles like this one had to be defended from the kind of internet fantasists to whom John refers.
