G2G: Unable to connect to Project protected profile [closed]

Question

I have just created a profile for Mary (Bosvile) Lennard (Lennard-249) as the wife of Sir Ralph Bosvile (Bosvile-48). She is the daughter of Sampson Lennard (Lennard-94) and Margaret Fiennes (Fiennes-122) as evidenced by several sources. I am able to connect her to her father, but not to her mother who is "Project Protected". She is listed as a daughter by the sources on Margaret's profile, but no profile has been created for her until now. How can I connect mother and daughter?

I lost my email address thanks to a computer crash found my profile but will not let my in I've tried everything.

I have used the "click here" button on the Project Protected badge, and been directed to the appropriate help page, and so added a comment to the profile of Margaret Fiennes, asking for the link between mother and daughter to be created.
