G2G: Need cemetery category for German Soldiers, Russia, Tver Oblast

Hello, I would like to request the creation of a category for the German Soldiers cemetery in Rshew:

Can someone in the cemeteries, Russia or categorization project please create the appropriate category or give me a hint how to best create it myself?
