Hello Ingrid,

"Public and Open are not options for profiles of living people."

If you want to change a profile to "Private with …" you need to be profile manager for the profile. Then you can go to the profile and to the padlock button in the bar with the edit pen. There you find a button "Set New Privacy Level".

Living people MUST be unlisted, unless they are members (manage their own profile) or Living Notables (managed by a Project)

Thanks Margaret, I forgot.

Ingrid, living people MUST remain Unlisted privacy, unless:

1. They join as a member and manage their own profile, or

2. They qualify as Living Notables, in which case they MUST be managed by a Project.
